Description: The fleet being readied in Hellevoetsluis harbor for Prince William III's march with his army to England, Oct. 28, 1688. A panel image of Stadholder William III's fleet, with an explanation in a frame at the bottom (where also the title), half a palm tree to the left and right, and a crowned shield with trumpet angels above. The fleet appears to be mostly ready at sea, but some ships are still being loaded with cannons ready at the quay.
